ASSIGNMENTS
All assignments are to be practiced a minimum of five days per week. All five days, including parent initials, must be completed by the due date, recorded on the Practice Chart, and presented to Mr. Colaner in class

DUE 1/02/12: No assignment over the holidays. You all had two wonderful Christmas concerts. Have a blessed Christmas.
DUE 12/12/11: "Ode to Joy" three (3) times per day. "Jingle Bells' three (3) times per day. "Deck the Halls" measures 13-16 five (5) times per day; entire piece two (2) times per day. (Be sure to play the repeat now).

DUE 10/24/11: Play exercise #47, measure 1-4, ten (10) times per day.
DUE 10/17/11: Play exercise #28 three (3) times per day without the repeats; exercise #33 five (5) times per day without repeats. Students are excused from practicing #33 on days 1 & 2. (We won't cover it adequately in class until Wednesday which is day 3.

PLEASE NOTE: Many students did not complete the Practice Chart correctly for Monday, 9/12/11. I will give them a second chance to do so, without adversely affecting their grades, by showing me a correctly completed Practice Chart on Wednesday 9/14/11. On Wednesday, students are to make sure that have the chart completed as it should have been on Monday. No additional assignment was make for Wednesday.
